Groupon's main customers are small businesses owners... Until we intervened, the interface that they used to interact with Groupon's services was a collection of quite diversified experiences with little concern for quality and attention to detail. With the advent of additional tools and benefits, the company wanted to show that they cared for their customers. it was time to elevate the product.

We surveyed all elements and patterns in the software experience and started editing down to the best-performing ones, unifying the different variations into repeatable actions that could easily be learned once. We also worked closely with the dev tam to bring the front end up-to-date, enjoying the latest responsive capabilities for web apps.
It feels like an upgrade!
The result was a product that felt world-class, with intentional care for fit & finish and utmost attention to detail. Design System assets were organized and served via custom code, and they served both the needs of designers and developers alike. Perfect timing for the relase a host of upgraded functionalities!
