Go high-end
El Económico. a Family-run supermarket in Constanza, Dominican Republic, wanted to communicate its aim to become more than quality food, but with services connecting with community health, education, and nutrition. They put much effort into building and caring for a highly trained team and wanted a sophisticated brand that reflected their elevated service and attention to the customer.
An intentional mission
Alongside its leadership, we crafted a brief mission statement and value set that aligned with their goals of client, detail, quality, hygiene, and self-care… The resulting brand was merely the public display of profound internal change, prescripted by new training, services, and edi] education.
A modern brand
With that DNA established, a full Brand development (company naming, logo, tone of voice, slogan, fonts, colors, uniforms, sales templates, social animations, etc) was implemented across all customer touchpoints. Their new logo and color palette was selected to create maximum impact in the community (in more ways than one).
